Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or over who have the mental capacity to understand and consent to the services being provided. By booking or engaging in services, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are enquiring on behalf of someone under 18, or who may lack capacity to consent, please contact the Practitioner before booking to discuss whether and how a service can appropriately be provided.
The Practitioner offers the following services:
Online nutrition services are delivered via a third-party video call platform. Yoga, meditation, and mindfulness sessions may be delivered online or in person.
Services are intended for general wellbeing and/or dietetic support. They do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency healthcare.
By engaging in services, you agree to:
You understand that the Practitioner cannot be held responsible for any consequences arising from withheld or inaccurate information.
You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of payment unless you request that services begin within this period.
By booking a consultation date within 14 days of purchase, you:

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice is non-refundable.
6.3 Refunds After the Consultation
Once a consultation has taken place, refunds are not available unless the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill, as required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
6.4 Digital Content
By accessing or downloading personalised nutrition plans, written resources, or digital materials, you acknowledge that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is waived.
If the Practitioner needs to cancel a scheduled session, reasonable efforts will be made to give at least 48 hours' notice, although this may not always be possible in circumstances beyond the Practitioner's control (for example illness, technical failure, or other unforeseen events). Where the Practitioner cancels a session, you will be offered, at your choice, either a full refund or the option to reschedule to a mutually convenient time.
For physical practices (yoga, meditation, mindfulness), you agree that:
The Practitioner is not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or from undisclosed health conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The Practitioner holds professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the services provided.
All personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws. A separate Privacy Notice will outline how your data is collected, stored, and used.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service you have received, please contact the Practitioner in the first instance at [email protected] so the matter can be discussed and, where possible, resolved directly.
If your concern relates to the Practitioner's professional conduct and cannot be resolved directly, you may also raise it with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the regulator for registered dietitians in the UK, at www.hcpc-uk.org.
Online sessions are delivered via Microsoft 365 Teams (or another platform notified to you in advance). The Practitioner is not responsible for:
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection and suitable device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By booking, purchasing, or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
