All sessions are held via secure video call. An initial consultation is required before review sessions can be booked.

Follow-up sessions to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adapt your plan as needed. The number of reviews varies depending on your goals and condition.

Mary trained in 200-hour hatha and vinyasa yoga in Kathmandu, Nepal, and is a practising Ashtanga yogi and meditation teacher. Sessions are available to anyone β you do not need to be a dietetics client.
A full private yoga session tailored to your needs β whether that's stress relief, flexibility, strength, or simply carving out time for yourself. Hatha, vinyasa, or gentle flow depending on what you need that day.
A shorter focused session β great for a lunchtime reset, a targeted practice, or if you're new to yoga and want to ease in gently. Can also be used as a mindfulness or breathwork session.
A session designed around the gut-brain connection β using gentle movement, targeted poses, and breathwork to ease digestive symptoms like bloating, cramps, and IBS-related tension. Evidence-informed and tailored to you.
Personalised mindfulness sessions including guided meditation, breathwork techniques (pranayama), and practical tools for stress management. Can be booked as a standalone session or alongside dietetics.
